To update the contact information for an account:

    Click on the Account Information tab in the header:



The Account Information screen is displayed;

    Click on the link Update Your Contact Information in the Manage Your Profile section;



Note:  The name that is entered for the contact is the name that is used to sign the form;

    Modify the information displayed as appropriate;



If any of the fields are not complete or have an invalid entry, the system will display a message when your cursor leaves that field.  When you have corrected the entry, the message disappears;

    Click the Save button when your changes are complete;



You will be returned to the profile page and a message will be displayed at the top of the page that your update was successful.
