If you have entered the email address for a lobbyist account incorrectly, it must be reset so that the activation email is sent to correct email address.

To reset the password:

    Click on the Manage Lobbyists tab in the header:

 

 

The Manage Lobbyist screen is displayed:

    Click on the lobbyist account that you want to modify:

 

 

The Edit Lobbyist screen is displayed;

    Modify the email address and click the Save button;

    Contact the Legislative Resource Center and request that the password is reset for that account:

 

 

When the password is reset, the system will send a new activation email to the lobbyist so that the individual can reactivate their account.
